• Account registration on app.nemtify.com, where users provide their mobile phone number and agree to the Terms and Conditions, which includes consent to receive transactional SMS messages.
• Booking a trip where a phone number is provided with verbal or written consent, documented in the booking record.
• Texting START to the NEMTIFY campaign phone number to opt in to receiving messages.

Consent is not transferable or assignable to other parties or campaigns.

Opt-Out Rights

• You can text STOP to any NEMTIFY message to immediately opt out of receiving SMS messages.
• You can also opt out by contacting support at info@nemtify.com.
• Opt-out requests are processed immediately.
• After opting out, no further SMS messages will be sent except a single confirmation of opt-out.

Message frequency varies based on trip activity and account events. Recurring messages are sent in connection with scheduled and active trips.
